Who we are. EverGuard Insurance Broking Services ("EverGuard") operates this quote comparison service.
What we collect. The proposer's name, date of birth, gender and PIN code; the relationship, date of birth and gender of each person to be insured; the cover you want; whether an existing illness is declared; and your choices of optional covers.
Why. Only to request retail health insurance quotations from the insurers listed on the form and to prepare a comparison for you. We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not buy policies, take payments or file claims through this service.
Who sees it. Each insurer receives only the details its own online quote page asks for. The SBI General quote page prints the name entered on its quotes; we enter the proposer's name there. EverGuard staff can see your request to support it.
How long. Your details and reports are kept for 90 days and then deleted, except a record of the request that we must keep under insurance regulations.
Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or erase your details, or withdraw consent, by contacting EverGuard's Data Protection Officer: [contact details to be added by EverGuard].
